Bruno Moreau, CEO, Board Member
Graduated from Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité (SUPELEC),
Bruno Moreau has been working for more than 20 years in the smart
card arena. He founded several companies in this sector and joined
Innovatron in 1987 as Business Development director managing a venture
capital activity specialized in smart cards where he was also a member
of the board of smart card companies such as Gemplus and Activcard.
He also initiated the early work on contactless technologies that
led to ISO 14443 type B standard. In 1997 he co-founded ASK with Georges
Kayanakis as Business Development Director and Deputy General Manager
during 9 years. He then took over Georges Kayanakis CEO position in
January 2007.

Amand
Cochet, Senior VP Business Lines & Marketing
Amand holds a specific MBA program from INSEAD in Paris.
He has more than 30 years' experience in Sales, Marketing and Management
in the semiconductor industry in Europe and in the USA. After being
Director of Sales Southern Europe for VLSI Technology (1986-1987),
he moved to European Silicon Systems (ES2) where he was named Corporate
Vice President Sales and Marketing. He joined IBM in 1994 where he
subsequently held several Sales positions as Area Sales Manager and
Director. He then moved to the US where he was worldwide Sales &
Marketing Manager and held his last position at IBM as EMEA Sales
Director in Geneva. Before joining ASK, he was the CEO of Europe Technologies,
a fabless company specialized in the development of SOC based on ARM
CPU. |

Michael Nitz, Senior V.P sales
Michael holds a Master of Science from the Technical University of
Munich and graduated from INSEAD, France.
Michael has a very broad experience in the telecommunication and chip
card industries and a well known track record of developing international
markets in the B to B, Government and Military markets.
He started his career at Standard Elektrik Lorenz (Alcatel-group)
in 1980 in different positions of international sales and product
management. In 1990 he took over the responsibility within the Mannesmann
Group to gain new mobile operator licenses and to set up new operations
of mobile telecommunication outside Germany. Further positions include
managing director sales and interconnection at Télécom
Développement S.A, Paris (J/V SNCF and Cegetel), Vice President
at Nortel Networks, Executive Vice President Government and Identity
at Giesecke & Devrient and Managing Director of Interprint-Group.
He joined ASK in 2009 as Area Sales Manager for Central and Eastern
Europe markets and is now Senior VP Sales.

François Monteil, Chief Operations
Officer
François graduated from Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité
(SUPELEC) and holds an MS from University of Santa Clara, USA,
François Monteil has more than 20 years experience in the smart
card industry.
After 5 years in the semiconductor, he joined Schlumberger, Smart
Cards and Systems division in 1987, where he held various R and D
management positions, both in cards and terminals activities. In particular
he initiated the first developments on GSM cards and was the R and
D director of the payphone division.
In 1999 he joined ASK as R and D director and then took over the Direction
of Operations in 2006. |

Philippe
Berthault, General Secretary, Human Resources Director
After a first experience in an auditors company, Philippe joined Axime
(now ATOS) as a Financial Controller for 8 years where he was in charge
of banking and stock exchange activities. He then spent 8 years in
Innovatron, where he held various financial positions (chief accountant
then CFO) for the holding and its subsidiaries. In 1998, he joined
ASK as CFO also managing the Human Resources and Legal departments.
Since 2004, he holds the position of General Secretary of the company.

Gilles
Martinez, Quality Director
Graduated from Ecole des Arts et Métiers in Paris as a Mechanical
Engineer, Gilles has a strong experience in the industrial sector.
After a first experience at Cegelec, he enters Altran Consulting as
a project leader for Valéo, Philips, Renault and RATP where
he validates the control system of Paris Line14 automatic metro. Before
joining ASK, he was a Quality Director in Archos, an international
SME involved in designs for electronic devices for MP3. He was in
charge of enforcing the whole quality cycle of the Chinese factories
and manage quality control in Europe and the USA. |

Christophe
Halopé, R&D Process Director
Christophe graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Chimie Organique
et Minérale (ESCOM) and holds a DEA in industrial process from
Université de technologie de Compiègne (UTC).
Christophe has a strong experience in R&D and in new products
development in an industrial sector.
20 years ago, he joined ARJOWIGGINS a world's leading manufacturer
of technical and creation paper as a research engineer for security
paper and synthetic paper at the corporate research centre.
He then spent 9 years as a quality and R&D manager in an Arjowiggins
subsidiary.
He joined ASK in 2000 to bring in his expertise of chemicals, polymers,
papers and industrial processes (laminating, coating, printing, paper
converting, extrusion).
